Highly recommend. Russell came out to install a garage opener that I had bought at Lowe’s. Unfortunately, there were broken and missing pieces in the box. Russell recommended a much higher quality garage opener (that happened to be the same price!) and sent me a link. I went back to Lowe’s and exchanged my faulty garage kit for a superior product. It was a blessing in disguise! A few days later I was back in business! Russell arrived in the time window provided, worked efficiently and was very friendly and informative as a bonus. Glad I have found my go-to for all things garage!

Within 10min of requesting a quote on line. Tip Top was able to get back with me and schedule a technician within 3 hours of first contact . Super impressive, our technician was named Vladimir he was very friendly and polite. He was upfront about the pricing and extremely knowledgeable. He jumped right to it and was done in no time. We had a busted torsion spring and that's scary stuff reloading them. Thanks Vladimir for taking care of business.
